Twilight actor Kellan Lutz is in talks to join the cast of Nightmare on Elm Street Remake. Directed by Samuel Bayer, the movie stars Jackie Earle Haley (Freddy Krueger), Rooney Mara, Kyle Gallner and Thomas Dekker. Lutz would play a popular school jock.

Forgot to post this yesterday but Rooney Mara is going to play Nancy. I’ve never seen Rooney in a movie but the actress I had in mind to play Nancy was Emmy Rossum.
